Named after the black, lavarock bluffs the surround the island. A very convenient stop for traders from Mueras going south, it has grown to a large city. Built on a hillside, stacked on top of itself.
Also harboring some infamous pirates. The city is controlled by the retired, Nyolci pirate king Bridger Blindeyes who has decided to overlook the pirates who use his port.
Home to many Nyolci.
